"The location of the property is found via a very rough dirt road. When we arrived, the place literally looked abandoned. The surrounding grounds were so unkept, it looked like it hadn't received maintenance in years. We were the only guests in 2 days. Many issues: 1 staff member, no restaurant available, no wifi in room, pool deck and terrace deck were unsafe with twisted rotten boards with screws and nails popping out everywhere, no security, no spa, sauna and hottub extra $$ to use, no in...

Ni la señora encargada de las cabañas, ni expedía, ni yo pudimos contactarnos con la dueña. Muy irresponsable de su parte. "Poor communication, the property has damaged doors, broken floor tiles and filthy stained couches. With has issues with gas not working and power going out only at our property for over 6 hours. The only saving grace is that the wood heater worked really well and there was enough wood to use. "
