"yes, we had a balcony room with sea view, the staff were very accomodating when we asked for late checkout.
Also, the airport shuttle made a big difference, a brand new electric van."

"The place is nice, the balcony is the best part but there were some very basic, fixable issues: 1. there was no hot water. 2. The safe was broken (they said every safe in the hotel was broken). 3. They didn't even stock toilet paper (and there was not shatafa also... But for the price and location it's a nice place if you want to be in Mar Mikhail. "

"I want ti share my experience, i got extremely sick after 1 day of arrival and the support and help i got from the staff was incredible ( reception, bell boys, housekeepers) actually everyone was helpful to get me the medicine even on new years eve. Thank you "
