"Mi dispiace ma é stata una pessima esperienza. Camera a 19 gradi, abbiamo chiamato tre volte la reception hanno temporeggiato fino a che dopo che siamo scesi dicendo che avremmo cambiato camera ci hanno detto che era un problema di tutto l'hotel. Niente ciabattine in camera. Letto scomodissimo, molle nella schiena. Ristorante a la carta con 15 gradi, porte spalancate. Chiesto birra e mi hanno detto che non la avevano e l'ho vista sul menù (non alcolica). Calamari sul piatto freddi, pane freddo....

"The entire hotel looks brand new and modern. The staff is amazing! Very helpful and willing to help. Also, the food at their restaurant is very good and not expensive (when converting to USD). Some side notes for someone looking to reserve is that they have a different concept, so there’s no room service and not bellman. Other than that, the overall experience was very good and the location is great as it’s about 20-25 minutes to the airport. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tunis...
