"This is probably on me, didn’t know the spa is not included with the stay. Pictures shown on the property, but separate company/business? If I’m going back to faroe, I would just go to the spa. Don’t get me wrong, it is a very nice fancy hotel, everything was clean and look nice, but what got me to stay there at first was the spa/hot tub pool, since it’s a separate service, don’t have to stay in a $400-500/night hotel. Staff were super nice and helpful though."

"There are plenty of parking spaces, although exiting the hotel is a little difficult to make a right turn.
The keypad of my room phone was not working, the faucet sensor stopped working and no water came out.
We were casually asked to use a shared bathroom on a different floor before a technician can fix it on the following day. They had no intention to address the phone problem either. Service level is under par for a four star hotel."
