"We were very disappointed with many things... firstly the hotel needs to work on its maintenance part. The bathroom showers were broken n tap nozzles were too tight n clogged pores... could not take shower the first day. Then we complained they repaired it. The staff was sooo undertrained and raw.. And i feel they should atleast be aware of the hotel little basic know how... whm we were asking the staff about the property.. they gave us a blank look.. seemed very clueless The lady staff...

"Such a dreamy resort set in the forest-the most perfect setting which makes you feel like you are in paradise. The room was spacious with break-taking views, the staff were pleasant and food was top rated. The room was clean but not quite to western standards-some small touches would address this. The hotel offers a number of activities throughout the day-this is a great touch."

"Rooms were outdated, and the washrooms had poor ventilation with a foul drain smell. Despite booking three Coastal View Rooms together one book TDforExpedia booking, we were given two rooms on one floor and a third on another. Third room was on first floor which had a minimal coastal view. The hotel said the bookings came through separately and couldn’t place us together, which was disappointing on a family trip. "A good resort for a getway from the city crowd .."

"Main Pool, Gym and Bar were under maintenance however, make shift arrangements were available. I would have preferred if this was informed at the time of booking. Apart from this, Front Desk, Room Service, Restaurant crew were fablulous and went out of the way to make us feel comfortable. "

"Did not use the pool...the staff are friendly. buggy service from lobby to room is good as somebody is on staff at all times. Food is terrible. just go to the nearby hotel and eat."

L'hotel est situé au bord de la voie rapide de Trivandum, ce qui permet d'accéder en 10 minutes à l'aéroport et en 15 minutes au centre historique par voiture, sans pour autant être géner par le bruit extérieur car les chambres sont très isolées. "Really good resort, with the major positive being the property itself — you’ve got the backwaters and the beach on hotel property, and getting around is as easy as walking or calling for a buggy to transport you. Staff is also really warm and take great care of you. My two major complaints are: 1) food — there needs to be some more variety, and they need to add salt!!!! 2) some of the villas had older/dated plumbing hardware, so the faucets leaked or the shower wouldn’t really get a lot of...

"Had a wonderul stay with family. My kid enjoyed the amenities around. We arrived early, but staff was very welcoming and provided us a early check in. Special mention to Sarath & Vijay, who made the welcoming special and helping with pool facilities. Place has a fantastic view of Banasura Sagar dam. Jogging track is also available near the shores of dam. Food was good, special thanks for chef for accomodating our requests. Overall nice resort, we enjoyed the stay."
