Two elevators were out which made it hard to get to and from rooms. Lastly, someone left 2 yapping dogs in a room next to one of ours … luckily we got moved, but it was a stressful check in."

"I would request a room on a higher floor…traffic noise is intense at times (I was on the 6th flr). Bathroom sink and surrounding counter is useless for females. There is nowhere to put anything other than one hair dryer. Forget about makeup products. Light on sides of mirror over sink needs to be brighter or have different brightness settings. Remainder of room is nice, comfortable and the bed and pillows are excellent as are the blackout blinds. Lobby is very busy and Starbucks is...
