"Staying at Acacia was nice, as always, nice view to the sunset over Lake Victoria from the terrace and most of the staff did a very good job - but some details needs to be looked at. Almost possible to get pool towels, rooms not set up as promised, the pool was partly unavailable / due to not announced (noisy) maintenance going on all day. I hope it will be better next time. "
