"The first 3 days when Iryna worked it was WONDERFUL as she went over and beyond to make us comfortable and welcomed. On the morning of check out, the front desk clerk was no way to be found - we had to call the hotel phone several times and then she would come from downstairs. The table where we ate breakfast was not cleared for at least an hour while other guests passed by and had to eat near it. I asked her for assistance to get my bag down the step and she told me it was not her job, but she...

Only niggle was the wifi signal didnt always make it to the garden rooms. Situated in a nice square with some good places to eat and drink. "

"The staff is incredibly wonderful. I usually don't complain about minor problems, but I wanted everything to be perfect. Every minor problems I had they took care of. The front desk really went out of their way to take care of me. I suggest to take the breakfast buffet, it was fresh, clean, and delicious. The staff for the breakfast was attentive and courteous. It is close to all the attractions Prague has to offer. I will definitely stay here again."

"Das Hotel ist super zentral 10/10 Parkhaus schmal zum rein kommen, aber mit etwas Geschick easy 9/10 Zimmer ist etwas klein und man hat keinen Platz den Koffer irgendwo hinzustellen 5/10 Bad ausreichend, klein aber fein, Wasser wird nicht super warm aber geht klar 7/10 Frühstück geht so, ist ausreichend da aber sehr überfüllt, Kaffee nicht mein Fall gewesen 5/10"
