"If I could give negative stars I would.
This was the worst stay of my life and we are now in a lawsuit.
Not only did the property lock me out of the room (bad battery on electric keypad) they lied and kept me out 3 different times at two different rooms.
The representatives for the company moved me to another room after missing two days… no medication, no toilet, no food & no access to any of my belongings.
When I arrived home they sent me an email link to pay the difference for a room upgrade...

"Location off-centre, convenient for the University, Minimundus and Wörthersee. The access to the city centre is not too complicated, takes about 15-20min by local bus though a bit of being organised helps as the local buses only run every 30min.
The room was rather basic, felt mostly like an upgraded dorm, although it was clean and bathroom was in a good shape.
Staff welcoming and helpful. Breakfast good with both hot and cold options."

"The hotel is situated mid way between the lake and the city centre making it an ideal choice for the Ironman.
The staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was great, the hotel clean and this is somewhere where we would love to stay again."
