"Beautiful place "

"The property is in a lovely location but communication from the staff prior and during the stay was poor. Check-in was also very poorly done and communicated. We communicated that we would be arriving for late check-in a week prior to our stay multiple times via email and phone call with no clear communication back. Upon arrival they couldn’t locate our reservation and then we had to have the property security to get us the keys to our accommodation. It appears to be a systemic issue."

" The house was functional. There was no soap except for a tiny bottle to wash a dish or two and a small amount of dishwasher soap. There was about a third of a roll of toilet paper and no tissue. They didn’t provide any more toilet paper. There was only one working washing machine and two dryers for ten euros. WOW! We were told to remove the sheets and towels, take out the trash and sweep the floors before leaving. REALLY!"

"We had a pleasant two nights stay at this hotel. The bedroom is nice and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel location is two stations outside the center of Amsterdam. The staff so kind and very helpfull. Cons : When we wanted very early morning to check out, the elevator and lift near hotel wasn't working, so we had to walk around a bit far to the station because we were carrying two large suitcases and we couldn't use the stairs. "Stay was better than expected. We received a free upgrade to a full apartment and the staff were amazing. Great place to stay while visiting Amsterdam, with a quick train ride into the city center. Very quiet, convenient and easy area of the city to stay."

"El hotel esta bien ubicado, justo al lado de la estacion de tren de Zandaam y un supermercado al ladito tambien hay varias tiendas y restaurantes muy cerca pero honestamente nuestra estadia no fue buena. "There were signs of bed bugs in the room. I found bed bug feces under the sheets of the bed as well as blood on the wall. After discovering this I immediately packed up and checked out almost immediately after checking in. I had to book 2 new hotels and the property and Expedia weren't helpful for a refund so I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS"
