"The staff were friendly and helpful when we checked in. There were plenty of lifts going up and down so never had to wait for one. The sauna was nice and heated up fast. We didn't stay for breakfast but the dinner menu had good options. The sky bar has amazing views and the downstairs bar had good service. "

"Very convenient when you want to do tourist attractions such as northern lights tour and they pick you up there - it’s listed as one of the hotels for pickup locations. It was pretty warm inside with insulated heating and a brick wall in your room. They also provided free breakfast, cozy common room, gym, sauna, pool to use.
