"The fruit was not freshly cut. The fresh juicer was broken. There were no glasses placed near the juice bar. The chicken sausages placed in the same heating compartment so if you can't eat pork, you can't eat the chicken sausages either. The rooms were very dusty and the hallway hadn't been vaccumed probably for months. On the plus side the staff were very helpful and accomodating which made my stay nice. Also, the lighting in the rooms are very poor"

"Tempatnya nyaman, walaupun agak susah mau kemana2. Ada bus tp butuh jalan yg lumayan utk ke shelter bus. Utk housekeeping, hnya mengganti handuk dgn yg bersih & buang sampah sj tp kamar tdk pernah dibersihkan. Staffnya sangat ramah. Bahkan disaat chargeran sy meledak di hr pertama, sy dipinjamkan charger selama sy menginap (thank you Neville). "

"The room was clean and tidy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There were ammenities in the room like a fridge, microwave and kettle with tea and coffee provided. The bathrooms were recently renovated and very clean, little note on the water pressure in the shower it would change from hot to cold, potentially an issue there to resolve, but otherwise it was a great stay, will be returning if we ever go back to Melbourne. Thank you."

"Staff went into my room when I was out the first night I was there some man was yelling and screaming for over 2 hours and the staff didn't do a thing about it and then he started again at 5.45am in the morning not a good stay"

"Older but room with all amenities needed for an overnight stay. Having a microwave & fridge was very handy. Clean & tidy & pretty quiet. All up no issues. "

"We booked a 2 bedroom apartment with twin beds in 1 room and whilst the hotel was agreeable to splitting a bed, it took over 24 hours to happen. The patio had all services on it (hot water system and 2 aircon motors, 1 of which was not for this room), and the aircon drain was direct onto the patio floor, so you could not use the patio except to stand in the middle of it on a mat that was placed on it for water reasons. The apartment was advertised to have aircon, but it was in the loungeroom...

A middle eastern front worker even question my receipt from hotel.com even though it is clearly shown paid with receipt details. What a joke . "It was quiet, which is what I wanted, everything was clean especially the bathroom and kitchen, the only thing that I would change is having it as non smoking, because it did smell of stale smoke and our bed was two king singles put together."
