"Tempatnya nyaman, walaupun agak susah mau kemana2. Ada bus tp butuh jalan yg lumayan utk ke shelter bus. Utk housekeeping, hnya mengganti handuk dgn yg bersih & buang sampah sj tp kamar tdk pernah dibersihkan. Staffnya sangat ramah. Bahkan disaat chargeran sy meledak di hr pertama, sy dipinjamkan charger selama sy menginap (thank you Neville). "

"Faulty light and power switches. Dirty stained carpets. Unclean rooms. Half renovated. Dirty microwave, Dirty old toaster. Dirty broken curtains. Very Dirty and unpleasant. Dodgy repair work. Never ever again. Should be a health hazard."

"Stayed here for two nights. Checkin: Easy, friendly staff, no issues Room: Quite spacious, was clean, room made up nicely. Nothing outstanding, but nothing terrible either. Bed: Fine, plenty of pillows which is always a win, it did roll a round a bit and a bit uneven, but certainly has worse. Bathroom: The towel rack in my room was bent, the shower pressure and heat good. The soap/shampoo/conditioner was in a terrible location which really narrowed the space where you were standing. "All people nice and room so clean only thing my room it was up Stairs and no elevator and I have heavy bags"

"There’s was festival below, very loud until midnight. The floors still had dirt on them. There was tricking water from an outside pipe the tripped all night. The parking was difficult, we had to enter their Parking via the multi rise parking. Our cafes were too “big” for their parking and we had to park out the back. We asked for one of the beds to be made up of 2 singles and we had 2 queen beds. Not a great experience. We won’t ever use this facility again "
