"Basic comfortable room, however no cutlery for eating delivered/takeout meals. Facility clean and inviting. Unfortunately walls are thin and the neighboring room had very noisy guests, who laughed and spoke loudly all night and early the next morning, making it hard to get a good night rest."

"We had a great overnight stay. It was clean, tidy, and very comfortable throughout. The highlight for our family was definitely the heated indoor pool. Having pool towels provided made it super easy and convenient. We also really appreciated the water filters/fountains, which were a nice touch (and helps the environment) The location was great, and we found parking around the hotel to be easy and hassle-free. Overall, a very family-friendly option and we’d happily stay again."

"Staff was unhelpful during check-in. Did not mention many things - i did not know that breakfast was provided and she was in a rush to get rid of me. No toothpaste or toiletries or microwave. Walls are thin, I could hear my neighbours clearly. Reception is a drive away from room which is not helpful. Room was clean though"

"Two carpets need to be removed. A proper shower needs to be installed. Room very spacious with lots of room for improvement. Overpriced."

"Great location after getting off the Spirit of Tasmania and late check in was easy. Unit was clean and warm, beds were comfortable, however top bunk was quite creaky for the kids. I would stay here again. "

"On street parking was plentiful and the check in process was smooth and very efficient. Our only concern was the size of the single beds in one room were tiny. I have never seen beds so skinny. These I assume were split from supposedly QS and a King bed, but that was highly improbable. Not enough of an issue to stop me staying there again. Overall a wonderful stay at this establishment."

"Upon checkin they attempted to charge $50 more than when i booked saying prices change daily Get into room heater aitcon doesn't work replaced with small heater right beside the bed shower kept running toilet leaked had a bucket under it by morning whole bathroom floor was covered in water from toilet has really been neglected since i last stayed there never again "

"We were told through the Expedia app we would get 10% off - no where to enter the code! We were then quoted $30 per room for breakfast when we arrived and was charged $42 per head then had to argue that we were quoted $30 per room. They did drop it to $30 per head. Because of reservations we then had to pay $50 for valet parking!! Became an expensive night!!! "

"Lovely property. Super efficient check in and check out. Wonderful breakfast and tea and coffee available throughout the day. The room itself was spotless and perfect for a short stay. The bathroom is fantastic and large. The pool looked very inviting but we did not have time to try it this time around. Cannot fault the hotel. Will absolutely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay. "Train station across the road wasn't ideal, we were in a back room so the highway traffic was okay. TV didn't work but was changed out for us quickly."
