The entire hotel is filled with unique relics, and the stained glass windows throughout the building are truly stunning. The location was ideal, making it easy to walk to a wide range of bars and restaurants."

"It got off to a shaky start with my room not having a working safe, working tv, or working phone. Although the phone turned out to be because the whole phone system in the hotel was being upgraded. But I got hold of reception via the hotel whatsapp which was good and they sent up an engineer. They fixed the safe but couldn't fix the TV so they moved me to a new room and the rest of the stay was excellent. I really appreciated their help in trying to put things right. I think parts of the hotel...

"The hotel and staff were absolutely amazing. I would definitely stay there again. Our only issue when traveling with children is the only place to eat is the restaurant at the hotel and you are not allowed to bring in outside food. There’s no way we could have stayed like that for more than a couple days as it would have been way to expensive to try and feed us any longer."

"​The room was dusty and didn't seem properly cleaned before my arrival. To make matters worse, no housekeeping or towel refills were provided after the first night. I later found out it’s an "on-request" service, but the staff failed to mention this at check-in. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and basic hygiene standards."
