There are tons of restaurants and a couple breweries nearby, check out iron flamingo around the corner from the hotel for some uniques brews."

"This hotel is pet friendly and it's actually cheaper than putting our dog up in a doggie hotel or place to board. It was $75 fee for the dog and they explained everything upon checking in. Breakfast was delicious but they should really think about putting napkins out that more accessible to find than over by the cereal station. Especially when the batter for waffles gets messy. Everything was great and wonderful!"

"Good parking, attentive staff, comfy bed, clean well sized room, good price, quiet and smoke (tobacco and other) free, so convenient to highway and downtown. Cons: peeling wall paper, wonky (but clean) toilet, stained tub. I think that a bunch of updates are happening as the 1st floor had a lot going on - did not affect our stay on the 2nd floor. Does have a gym and good sized indoor pool - but didn't use either. Has a hefty check in deposit, for somewhere outside of Miami or any other large...

"Convenient, low price, clean and the bed was comfortable. BUT the door to room 111 did not lock easily from the inside. Seemed to need more slamming shut than I cared to give it at 1 in the morning when I notice it was slightly open. A clock in a room with illuminated numbers is a must in my opinion. I'm quite small; the toilet seat was smaller. LOL."
