"Faciliteiten zoals zwembad en wellness zijn uitstekend. Uitzicht op het mooie station van Antwerpen. Ontbijt is prima, helaas geen mogelijkheid voor eieren of omelet cooked to order. Inchecken duurde erg lang (+- 30 min) door weinig personeel en lange procedure. "

"Hotel is super handy if you need to be near the train station. Easy walk across the street. Nice lobby and helpful staff. Decent breakfast which was included. We felt the area around the hotel was lacking good, quaint restaurants. Very busy area with lots of fast food. The hotel bar looked nice but was missing a bartender and good drink selection. "

"Accueil un peu compliqué en raison de la barrière de la langue : le personnel ne parle pas très bien français, ce qui a rendu la communication difficile. À notre arrivée, nous avons demandé si la chambre pouvait être prête avant 15h, mais on nous a simplement répondu : « peut-être, je ne sais pas », ce qui manque un peu de professionnalisme. En dehors de cela, l’hôtel est correct et propre, ce qui reste appréciable."

"Positives: Less than 10 mins from the train station, very easy to get to. Reception staff were extremely warm and welcoming. Room was a great size, and nice to have a complete kitchenette area. Quiet enough to allow video conferences during the day. Negatives: Noise travels through hard floors (people moving around upstairs), and an unpleasant smell when you enter the building. Would still use again."
