"Check in was easy enough.. didn't realise it was a hostel rather than a hotel.. so my immediate reaction was to find another place to stay.. But we were given a room on the top floor.. The room was clean and comfortable with basic facilities with ensuite bathroom.. A little worn but seemed adequate for our one night stay.. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable and clean.. TV had English channels which was a bonus .. The location of the hotel was opposite the train station.. A few minutes walk...

"Very close to the lovely station and the bustly city centre with its historic sights, cafes and shops. The room was large and comfortable but the coffee supply and cups had not been replaced for our arrival and there were some used tissues which I am not sure were ours! The bedding and room looked clean otherwise though. There were also tea and coffee facilities in the lobby. We couldn't get the electric car charging to work in the adjoining car park as we needed an app/account. It was 20euros...

"Overall excellent hotel. Breakfast was basic and parking was convenient but you needed to get out of the car every time you wanted to enter by pressing a button on the sidewalk."

"Good stay outside of Antwerp. Clean and new enjoyed the pool , steam room and sauna. Bathroom didn’t have any lock , not sure why it wasn’t fixed before just a. If inconvenience . Only stayed one night so didn’t ask to move rooms . Would stay again"

"Very clean, great customer service, located very close to the train station. However, the first floor street noise could be heard, but only somewhat. I would definite stay here again but ask for a room not so close to the ground level. "

"It’s walkable to Antwerp-Berchem station. Super close to Aldi and Lidl. These are all plus other than it’s chic ambience. I’ll definitely come back again if staying in Antwerp."

"We visit Antwerp every 2-3 months. This is the only hotel in which we stay. It’s close to everything we want to see and do. The staff is fantastic. If you wish to pre-party, the bar is perfect. The tram stop is 200 meters away and in two stops you are in the shopping district. The hotel is also very easy to get to by car. Bottom line, we will be back in a few weeks. "

"Everything was very nice except an email I recieved telling me that to be sure I was at the hotel front door to list it as 48 Groenplaat which WAS NOT the front of the hotel but the hotel restaurant which made me pay cancellation fees for the taxi."

"Upon arrival the service was impeccable. Friendly environment and wonderful staff who were very attentive. The rooms were modern, clean and offered lots of space. The location is across the street from the train station and only a few minutes to restaurants, shopping and the main square. Would highly recommend!"
