"The deposit was $400 which is way more than a 5 star or luxury hotel. Very disappointing. Also the customer service was very slow you had to ring the bell but it took over 5 minutes for someone to let me in to the front desk.
The cleanliness was great and no complaints about the room. Everything else was a no for me. "
