"The deposit was $400 which is way more than a 5 star or luxury hotel. Very disappointing. Also the customer service was very slow you had to ring the bell but it took over 5 minutes for someone to let me in to the front desk. The cleanliness was great and no complaints about the room. Everything else was a no for me. "

"Parking is not convenient."

"At check-in, they tried to sell me a more expensive room with a similar view. Nice hotel though. Do not pay the $35 to park where they will shut you back-and-forth to your car. You can just go to the casino next-door and park there it’s walking distance the same price. Weekdays are cheaper."

"Internet is worse"

"We will be returning very soon. Celebrated my husband Birthday yesterday. Love how our hotel was close to everything gift shops, entertainment, attractions, literally across from the falls. You could see the fire views on the rooftop with pool, hot tub, & bar."

"Nothing extraordinary to note. The hotel is generally well maintained and staff helpful. Room seems a bit dated and could use a splash of improvement"

"Our view was exactly what we wanted! Wasn't to happy when we went into room opened fridge there was melted ice cream in there. And bathroom was not like the picture it was small"

"It was good until the electricity went out. We kept being told it was coming back on after 15 hours we were told it wasn’t coming back on. We had to find a new hotel and walk to a new place. No efforts were made to accommodate us. Not a happy traveler"

"Very close walk to shops, restaurants and Clifton hill. Staff was friendly. Overall the room was spacious and basic amenities is there. But one thing is wish the bedding can be more cleaned."

"We booked this hotel for a quick stay. We have stayed at many of the hotels in the area including properties by the falls, but this was our first time at this hotel. The location is great - walking distance to many attractions and restaurants but it smelled, looked and felt old. The room was okay, but everything was very dated and basic. Cleanliness was questionable so I didn’t feel very comfortable but if you’re only staying 1-2 nights it is okay."

"Nice place"

"We were here just after March Break for 2 nighta. The rates were lower and it was wonderfully quiet! Our kids (4&6), loved the Waterpark. We ordered Boston Pizza for the kids for dinner and walked through the hotel to pick up. We (adults) ordered door dash and enjoyed it on our outside patio. We were at ground level around the very back of the hotel and it was beautiful and quiet, with open grass areas. My only negatives about our stay was that the kids playground equipment was blocked off...
