Cari Hotel di Kota Niagara

"It was the worst hotel experience. Slippers, a bathrobe, and a hairdryer were not provided in the room, so I was unable to use them when needed. Two hours before check-out in the morning, the housekeeping staff knocked. I shouted three times that it was okay, but they continued to knock, waking me up and causing me the inconvenience of having to open the door and refuse them. I felt offended by the staff member's attitude of turning away without an apology just before I could finish speaking."

"The room is clean. Staff very pleasant and helpful."

"No"

"Big clean room .. great breakfast buffet.."

"The washroom exhaust fan seems doesn't work. The AC seems not that function, only fans on even set 18c. But I still recommended to stay if go to fallsview indoor waterpark."

"Room was clean. Hot showers, beautiful view and a nice restaurant attached. We arrived very tired and was nice to have all that! Short walk to Table Rock to get our day started"

"Not worth the high price paid. The breakfast buffet was very expensive even with the discounted coupon that the front desk gave us. The food was cold, as well. Although the staff were friendly & helpful, I won’t be staying there again,"

"Nice"

"The view of falls was great, we were on the 6th floor, had some trees, but still enjoyed the time there, bed sleep good, thanks 😊"

"Nice and clean spot, great for families"

"Great stay and very accessible! We even got upgraded for free!"

"Very old property and not well mentioned"

"The breakfast ended too early, to use the water park was extra."
