"Clean room, receptionist was friendly, enjoyed the coffee machine"

"The room was very spacious it had a small balcony, a kitchenette which was a bit small but manageable and a hot tub which was round and accommodated more than 1 person, it was luxurious to use. Walkable to town, a bit noisy on the main road and we only saw 1 staff member who was pleasant but we did have to go away for an hour till the room was ready, which was already past the 2pm arrival time, but it was worth the wait."

"While it states that parking is included, it doesn’t say it is limited and must be pre-booked. Room couldn’t be locked from the inside. Barely any natural light. 3 star hotel masquerading as a 4 star."

"The water pressure in the shower was very low and shower therefore not enjoyable. The unit was not very clean eg you could write your name in the dust on top of the microwave. In saying that, the reception staff were lovely and we had a fun stay in Palmerston North"
