The reception staff were so helpful, guiding me to the closest laundromat and also where to park. The Hotel over all was OK it was not what I was expecting. Did not have room service but would order for you at a local restaurant to delivery then charged you if you wanted it delivered to your room. "A fair walk to public transport but the CAT bus service is free and extensive. It was good to have access to the laundry. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only down side to the room was the tv screen being behind the sofa so to watch tv you have to view it in a mirror ahead of you. An enjoyable visit to a lovely city. Would stay there again."
