"Firstly check-in was super quick and easy, staff were very friendly and helpful. Our villa was extremely clean and was awesome. Comfortable king size bed and had all of the required amenities. The park itself was great and easy to come and go. Middleton Beach is beautiful, we will definitely come back and stay with our extended family. Thanks Big 4 Holiday Park for a fabulous holiday."

"1.Was assigned room next to another room that was being refurbished. Noisy. Should have never happened. Staff should be aware. 2. You ask to re use towels. We did but towels were changed. 3. Next day they forgot to clean room and we had no clean towels. Overall poor experience"

"This campsite has clearly been neglected for some time and is in need of major renovations. The fixtures and decor was clean but dated and tired. The camp has no wifi which is unheard of in 2026. The camp ground was very empty compared to others in Albany and the region that we saw. There is a message in this."

"Great buffet breakfast at the dining room. Also the room service single serve of fillet steak with mash & veg was delicious and large enough to be shared by two of us. The extensive range of free tv shows & movies appreciated. Ensuite tiling and door trim needs some repairs"
