"Habe die Kaution für den Schlüssel nicht zurück bekommen da niemand anwesend war. Auf meine mehrmalige Rückfrage KEINE ANTWORT erhalten. Zimmer ok, aber sehr lauter Verkehrslärm und sehr laute Betrunkene."

"Let's just start by saying the hotel was not a 5star hotel. But it's not priced as such. I was very happy with what I got for the $ I paid. I wanted and needed a cheap bed for the night and that's exactly what I got. The rood was basic but clean. Again all I wanted. The staff on the front desk was extremely helpful, again exactly what I needed. The parking was perfect all be it, I found it difficult to work out how to open the gate :-(. We lots of issues from no access to balcony, no washing machine, car park taken - the staff were fantastic to deal with but it was really tricky and disappointing with two little kids. The room we had was not safe for a moving baby (stairs, bed big glass vases) but we made do. The pool is absolutely freezing, like an ice bath. "
