Staff didn’t set the key properly, so we got locked out of carpark on the first night and couldn’t get to reception either because our key was wrong. No real apology. Issues with check out staff being rude aswell, on the phone and not helpful. Great location (but very noisy) and nice new building."

"Had to chase up Motel for after hours details for entry and key for room. Front door of room seemed to have a fist sized dent - air con was very old and rattled very badly so had to turn off. Could not open front window for air flow and small window in bathroom had locks and after front door issue did not feel safe to open"

"This is the best beachfront park in Adelaide. Not too big. Well run. Staff are great. Front of house very helpful. Ground staff keep everything spot on."

"Convenient location, walking distance to Jetty road and quiet. Shower needs guard or at least a curtain. Water got everywhere and was a bit of a safety issue. Needs updating and good clean, rubbish on the floor, toilet roll holder broken, curtain strings broken and stained grout."

"Very good location near to the shops in Glenelg. Quite homely in the two bedroom unit on the ground floor with comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. Light and airy but with good blinds to keep the heat out."
