The reception staff were so helpful, guiding me to the closest laundromat and also where to park. "We had a lovely room overlooking the Swan River and the hotel's location is perfect for the CBD with a large public car park at a discounted rate located just down the road. Rooftop pool was wonderful, too."

"I couldn't see parking, it's on a main road, small frontage hotel.The room was clean, wasnt done properly everyday. What I ordered for breakfast was not great. The Hotel over all was OK it was not what I was expecting. Did not have room service but would order for you at a local restaurant to delivery then charged you if you wanted it delivered to your room. While I didnt find the hotel great, as in no proper bar, all they had was 3 house wines. I can not fault the staff they were all very...

"Nicely appointed aparthotel with an en-suite shower and kitchenette. Mount street is close to town and kings park. A little noisy from the traffic bypass. Only issue is they don’t clean each day or take the rubbish Reception times are limited. Lovely independent restaurant downstairs for breakfast and evening meals"

"Breakfast selection was average at best. Aging rooms with damaged furniture. Mouldy silicone in bathrooms."

"Great location with amazing beach views and very comfortable bed. During our 5 night stay one of the escalators was out of action. The shower was covered in mould and I had to request on two separate occasions for someone to come and clean it. No restock on toilet paper, tissues etc - had to approach the cleaning service in the hall for these items."
