"Beautiful property. Clean room. However its a bit Overpriced for what you get. They tried to overcharge me for the "hotel fee" immediately upon check in. Just be prepared to over pay for everything and be hounded over and over by relentless vendors when you're relaxing on the beach. The town of Puerto Peñasco is in rough shape, and reminded me of the dirty sketchy side streets of ghetto Tijuana. But hey.. it's Mexico "

"No incluye limpieza diaria porque no funciona como un hotel, sin embargo las habitaciones son excelentes, la alberca extraordinaria, la playa tiene algunas piedras pero en general es buena, esta justo frente a una playa publica por lo que fines de semana esta muy concurrido y musica alta, instalaciones nuevas, armoniosas y extraordinarias"

"I really loved this place. Two complaints, the first was that they need at least one more restaurant on site. The sushi restaurant was absolutely fantastic but you don’t want to eat sushi ever night. My biggest complaint was all of the lawn on this property. You weren’t allowed to walk on it anyway which was ridiculous, and having lush green lawn in that climate is so stupid. The amount of water, fertilizer and labour required to maintain that is just stupid. That lawn should be replaced by...

"Great property, great location, safe, beautiful, a little small but worked, we ended up not using the upper loft part instead used the couch bed. Upper part more for like children able to climb up and down the ladder or thin adults. Definitely recommend. Will most definitely will stay again on another visit. Lots of shops, food options, bars near by. Easy access to taxis."
