"Overall it was a good experience. I did love the roof top access as this was a calmer quieter area. I wouldn’t advertise a “beach view” it’s more like a “Laguna view”. Food could be better. We were not a huge fan of the French cuisine. I wasn’t a fan of the advertisement of going to tour another resort. I am on vacation and would enjoy it without the advertisement. With all that said, I would still stay at this resort again. "

"Staff was amazing. Sebastian was a great concierge, always there to help with whatever we needed! De Dios who was a part of the evening preferred club lounge crew was also awesome. Took the time to learn our drink orders right off the bat & even serve us with some special tequila! Last but not least, the crew at the preferred pool area were nothing less than great"
