The staff were really kind, friendly, and professional! The restaurants were especially good, and we really enjoyed the food and service. The only downside was that our room wasn’t completely clean when we first checked in, and there was no toilet brush. A special shoutout to Ivan, our waiter at the Da Vinci restaurant! He was absolutely amazing, extremely professional, and provided excellent service! He really deserves recognition for his outstanding work! Overall, we had a great experience!

I absolutely loved it here. First time all inclusive solo trip & I’m definitely coming back. I would ask for one of the rooms with a balcony. Just gorgeous. The only thing I could nit pick is the MVP bar closes at 11. Would have been nice to have it open a little later since it had the music.
