"Our check in was easy, the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and easy to find. We did not get a chance to check out the pool but it looks clean and the kids staying here seem to love it! It was quiet at night and they have blackout curtains which are super helpful. Beds were comfy and the bathroom was spacious enough to hold my belongings. I would have preferres more towels but the staff was accommodating when i requested more. The showers were nice but not fully enclosed so...

"Wat een ongelofelijk mooi en luxe hotel, midden in de natuur. ‘S-ochtends werden we begroet door een kolibrie op ons terras en we mochten een uur privé zwemmen in de cenote bij het hotel. Ze dragen ook zorg voor ‘stingles bees’ in een speciaal programma. Het was leuk om daar meer uitleg over te krijgen. Uitstekende service, we zijn enorm verwend. In het duurdere segment maar dat was het helemaal waard, een onvergetelijke ervaring. Echt een aanrader. "
