I loved the 24/7 room service amenity and the fridge included amenity. Staff is excellent food was really good. The rooms need maintenance though especially the bathrooms the mirrors are roasted and faucet as well. But other than that I loved this hotel and the customers service was excellent with an exception of a bar tender that seem to be the there doing his job so miserable didn’t get his name though, but that’s it. The rest of the staff really nice and helpful.

We really loved our stay at Oleo Cancun Playa All Inclusive Resort. For the price, everything was honestly really good and we had zero problems during the whole trip. The hotel was nice and clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, everyone made us feel comfortable and relaxed. One of the best things was how peaceful the resort felt. There were not many people and almost no kids, so it was very quiet and calm. It truly felt like a real vacation where you can completely rest and recharge. The food overall may not be the most amazing ever, but there’s always plenty of options and you definitely won’t stay hungry. Also loved that you don’t need reservations for the restaurants, it made everything so much easier. For this price range, it was honestly a really great experience and we would definitely come back!

This was a fantasitc trip. Food was wonderful. Resturants great. Service everywhere was great. It is a small resort- which even at spring break was not super crowded. Really liked the 'small' well cared for feel as compared to a big resort.

I absolutely loved our room! We had an amazing view into the beach, the room was spacious and the bed super comfortable. The food was great my favorite was the sushi place, the staff were great! I had a wonderful time I would definitely go back.
