"This is really a great little place to stay if you're on a budget. The location is perfect to visit many vineyards as it is located in the middle of the lake region. The room was cutely decorated. The owner is very nice helpful and is there for any meat you might have the only thing to be conscious of is that you were on the main road so it may be a little bit noisy with the traffic. "

The floor was sticky and covered with dirt, mini fridge had mold, and the balcony had dirt/bird droppings that was clearly not kept up with. I called the hotel desk which is not in on the weekends, after speaking with hospitality we were sent a housekeeper. "We only stayed one night following the Watkins Glen NASCAR Race. the accommodation's were good. If you are in a building with multiple units you can hear your neighbours talking which wasn't great, but they were quiet by 10 pm, there was no tea in the room only coffee, a few bottles of water in the fridge would have been nice. We appreciated having a nightlight in the bathroom for the kids. We did not use the amenities' or the property but it did look great and wish we had more time to enjoy...
