"The property and room itself was a nice space, and a good location, very quiet. It needed a little more care in the cleaning (some dusty areas along the baseboards and under tables). No one came to clean or check on the room during our two night stay. The self-serve property app - to check in and communicate with the staff - could not be accessed (an authentication issue due to our booking through Expedia and not directly with the property). We luckily ran into a staff member at check in who...

"The property was very dated... run down fixtures,, bathrooms.. sink and bathtub missing large areas of grout.. they were discolored by age and usage and very unpleasing...We received no maid service for the 3 nights we were there..no fresh linens nor any fresh towels. The parking lot and entrance ramp are dated and full of holes and uneven pavement and in need of repair....Therefore.. a poor rating is being nice..."

"Two things can improved: 1). The bathroom needs to be renovated. It has a dirty look. 2). The security alarm was beeping irritatingly all the first night. This prevented us from getting anywhere near a good night sleep. I did not find the owner very responsive. He said someone would be there by 4 PM the next day"
