One thing that would have been very nice to know ahead of time is that, while the hotel presents as being very family-friendly, the pool is adults only, We had really looked forward to enjoying the rooftop and found out only after check-in that there is a significant charge to use the area and children are not allowed at all. Very disappointing. Otherwise, our room was great, the vibe very cool and we really enjoyed our stay."

Room service breakfast after 1.5hr received call and was informed Eggs Benedict unavailable, cancelled the order (which international hotel/chef worth his salt is unable to whip up the most recognized breakfast dish in the world!?) Lobby bar unable to add whipped cream (n/a) on hot chocolate. Following day was told only coffee/tea available. After repeated request a frosty staff served like a miracle...
