"Nice location right on the Quay, and 5 mins from the old town & port. We asked to drop luggage off before checking in (ferry arrived at 1000), but the staff went above and beyond and had our room ready early. That was a really nice touch. The bus stop is 2 mins walk, and from there it is very easy to connect to Amsterdam, Haarlem & anywhere else you can think of."

"We had a pleasant two nights stay at this hotel. The bedroom is nice and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel location is two stations outside the center of Amsterdam. The staff so kind and very helpfull. Cons : When we wanted very early morning to check out, the elevator and lift near hotel wasn't working, so we had to walk around a bit far to the station because we were carrying two large suitcases and we couldn't use the stairs. "Hotel was clean on outside and inside. Rooms were nice and clean. We had adjoining rooms with connecting door. One room had 2 twin beds pushed together but separate covers, which would have been better as a couple if there was 1 cover. The 2nd room was a queen or king size bed and both were clean with a desk area and chair. The bathroom was clean and had a hair dryer. If you are from USA, bring wash clothes, they do not supply those but they do offer several other items such as...
