"Nous avons aimé l'hotel et le quartier, même si celui est à 12 minutes en train du centre ville. Un petite déception toutefois, l'originalité extérieure qui nous a convaincu de choisir cet hotel en dépit de son éloignement du centre ville, ne se retrouve pas à l'intérieur. Le hall et la salle du petit déj sont décevants... Dommage... "

"Staff was friendly and kind. I applaud its stance as a drug free property. I have since suggested XO to friends as being family friendly. Crisp clean decor. Upscale bathroom with walk in shower. "

"This is a fantastic hotel and very goof value for money and it was cheaper due to being littererally just outside the centre of Amsterdam. As it is right next door to the station, it is just 1 stop away from Amsterdam Central Station so it's really convenient. The staff are really friendly and attentive and tbe breakfast is a cold continental and is really nice. We will definitely be back again. "

"The hotel is a bit far from the city center and the area around it is a business and conference neighborhood, so very quiet in the evening with nothing to do. The hotel receptionist insisted on withdrawing 100 euros from my debit card as insurance for the room and said it will be returned between 10 and 21 days. I have never come across this in any other hotel and I hope the money will be returned."
