"The property is beautiful and conveniently situated. Our room was large and very comfortable. The concierge service assisted us with several outings, which was extremely helpful. I want to brag most of all about the staff. They were all very gracious. They met us at the door the day we arrived with an orchid lei for each of us (including our family member who lives in Da Nang and wasn't staying with us at the hotel) and a cool drink. They recognized us as we came and went, knew our room number when we arrived for the breakfast buffet, and thanked us with a small gift when we checked out.
