"clean"

"ontbijt beëindigt om 8 uur, we kregen geen nieuwe handdoeken en er waren zelden personeel aanwezig"

"Rent och fint, dock väldigt trasig gardin."

"Great location near water and pine trees to relax. Plenty of "empty" space in the hotel so don't feel confined and a gym. Game room with free pinball machines from the 70s and helpful staff. Clean and spacious rooms,"

"Good location"

"Breakfast was super good and elaborate. Loved the stay and hospitality"

"They don’t know about hospitality business. Staffs are rude and every simple conversation becomes a negotiation with denials. The rooms and services are just ok and I think the only thing that makes them a 4 star hotel instead of 3 is a cool lobby and an expensive pool"

"Very beautiful hotel located in a central place with easy access to taxis, train, uber etc. Department store nearby and lots of restaurants and bars close by. The rooftop bar is quite popular and the terrace is an added bonus. Breakfast is sufficient. Heated bathroom floor is quite comforting. Could do with slightly firmer mattresses but that is a matter of preference. Overall greatly recommend."

"Heerlijk ontbijt!"

"Very comfortable and practical hotel in a perfect location: walkable distance to all major attractions and several shopping hubs; and literally next to Central Station from where one can travel from anywhere in Stockholm to anywhere in Sweden to anywhere in Europe, not to mention the Arlanda airport express. Staff if friendly, helpful and efficient. Highly recommend!"

"Amazing hotel with the most amazing and helpful front desk lady Isabella. A gem of a human, she deserves to go high. The hotel is a historic gem with amazing food, and great service all around."
