"I stayed at Trujillo, Peru location and was extremely disappointed. This hotel is listed as a 4‑star property on Expedia, but my experience was nowhere near that standard.
Room 325 had a completely non‑functional shower and a shower head covered in calcium buildup. After reporting this to the manager, Fernando, on 05/29, I was offered a maintenance visit, something that should never be necessary for a room already assigned to a paying guest. I was then moved to Room 321, which had low water...

"Muy mal,no tenían la reserva, llamé a hoteles.com, se solucionó, me cambiaron de cuarto, ducha sucia, el conserje me cerró la ventana lo cual me despertó, ingresaron pasajeros a las 6 y los atendieron en el patio que da a los cuartos, hablaban en voz muy alta en lugar de conversar en la oficina, ducha sucia y tapete de ducha demasiado sucio."
