"Great place to stay for a quick stop whe you are tired from driving cross country. Rooms are spacious and clean."

"Someone else always using the grill area. Night worker was friendly but overpriced for lack of amenities. AC also had issues. And cleaning staff seemed put out that I left a day early (which I was still charged the full stay) because they had to really clean the room and not just change towels and trash. Also parking lot is atrocious."

"Large clean room with comfortable beds and a kitchen. Laundry room with several washers and dryers. Nice roomy breakfast area with lots of selections. Great play area for basketball. Pool area was small but nice Hot tub was out of service"

"No cold water in the bathroom sink 1st night. Thought breakfast was included. Apparently was not. It was about $15. Ridiculous. Overused lumpy pillows. Ripped curtains. Not impressed."

"This was a decent option. Not the worst, not the best. The upkeep of the hotel could use some improvement. We were on the 2nd floor, and there was an old, stale smell to the property. Also, the floor AC units could use an upgrade. The breakfast was just ok. Other than that, the room was clean overall. Also, no smart TV in the room, so no way to watch Netflix, just cable TV."

"The property was in a great quiet area, however it is very ran down to be a Hampton property. I was very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. It looked likes the original fridge in the room no longer worked so they did replay it but with a bigger version that no longer fit in the designated cabinet so they place it against the wall which was cool, but they didn’t bother to clean the cabinet were the old one was.. you could tell they didn’t even care to clean the elevators, walls, carpet...

"Great customer service, unfortunately there’s a smell of old, I found a cockroach in the bathroom, although I didn’t find any bed bugs I was scratching myself here and there, there were stain on the floor. Overall the place needs an improvement on cleanliness and get rid of that smell."

"The elevator was broke and they never informed me until after I registered. Also, I had a handicap room and they put me on the 3rd floor!! I had to do my best to climb stairs with a surgical repaired knee!!"
