Cari Hotel di Laurentians

"Beautiful property, very quiet and close to everything."

"Clean and staff friendly"

"perfect"

"Place is somewhat tired - bathroom could use a spruce up and a deep cleaning. It’s also a labyrinth of hallways and changes in levels. Breakfast is good - lots of choice. Location and view are amazing, beautiful outdoor hot pool! It’s an amazing village with lots of great walks and so many shops and restaurants. Fall colours were in prime condition."

"Staff was great and helpful. The initial room we took was filled with chemical smells - so much so that after spending less than 5 min in the room, we started coughing and got itchy in our eyes. The staff helped us to switch rooms at a very efficient manner."

"nice"

"Amenities - at the moment the pool and hot tub were closed for repairs. The hotel is great! The location is perfect at the base of the pedestrian village. We would stay again!"

"The only things that what a bit disappointing is the bathrobe. It was too small …. We asked for bigger one but none where available. And we are not obese people so it’s was a bummer"

"Great experience, super clean, customer service was great, great communication, they took care of all of our needs as a family with young kids. Highly recommend."

"We loved this hotel. You are right in the village so shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. One suggestion, bathtub floor is slippery and not ideal, you need to be very cautious getting out of the bath/shower. We will definitely be back though! Breakfast is plentiful with many options."

"The receptionist was very rude , her name was Joseline , please have a softer approach when travelers ask you something"

"Le service a l’accueil superbe"
