"This is the 4th time we have stayed at this hotel - it gets better every time. The staff are great. The location is perfection. The amenities are brilliant. It was my daughter’s birthday when we arrived Daniella and her team pulled together balloons and decorations as well as a cake to celebrate. We also had a session at BAM, the inhouse karaoke booths. "This hotel is really convenient -- I arrived in Geneva and took a shuttle, and the shuttle stops right at the Rockypop as one of its shared transfers. The restaurant's food was good, the room was clean, and the decor is fun. The staff were helpful, and have a locked storage area where you can drop your bags off early if you arrive before check in."

"Receptionist was very polite and friendly. The room was very nice and right next to bus stop. Outside of the main Chamonix Centre, so definitely quieter, but only 5 min bus ride away."

"Nice hotel in quiet location slightly removed from noisier town centre area. Main issue was the absence of air con when outside temp was in the mid 30s C - a plug in tower fan in the room didn’t suffice and not acceptable for a 4* hotel changing £350 p/n. Room was unbearably hot the entire time."

"We stayed here after a 7 day Mont Blanc hike, it was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful from the time of check in til check out. They washed & dried a weeks worth of clothing, we had hot showers and a very comfortable mattress. The Aperol Spritz at happy hour in the garden was the best and breakfast the following morning was lovely. Highly recommend this property."

"⭐ Très décevant – rapport qualité/prix catastrophique Très grosse déception au Faucigny à Chamonix. Les tarifs sont totalement excessifs par rapport aux prestations proposées. Les chambres sont minuscules, tout comme les salles de bain où il faut presque se contorsionner pour aller aux toilettes. À cela s’ajoutent de fortes odeurs d’égout remontant jusque dans la chambre, totalement inadmissibles à ce prix. L’hôtel est très basique, tout comme le petit-déjeuner, cher pour ce qui est proposé....
