"Perfect location to the ski busses and the city center (lots of shops and restaurants), ski rental shop in the hotel, great coffee station (complementary). Nice bar with lots of gathering spaces and comfy chairs. We did not choose the breakfast buffet, but our travel companions said it was great. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant twice, food was amazing and reasonably priced. Spa area has a swimming pool, hot tub, wet and dry sauna, ice room and a quiet area with swinging chairs by the fire....

"Staff was amazing. Michel, Daria, Solange, Clara, Irina and Daniella. Fantastic, hardworking, helpful, kind, and fun. Ownership is working to make the hotel nicer. The little bar is nice to come back to and have a quiet beer. Location perfect! Price point perfect! A bargain actually in Chamonix. Quick walk to food, entertainment, services and transport. "Excellent stay. The room view was superb and with good amenities, the breakfast was great, and the staff was lovely. The spa was a nice touch after skiing sessions and required bookings in advance which was not a problem if done in advance. Jorge of reception staff was amazing with great recommendations for day trips and advice. My only point for improvement is the quality of the toilet paper which is subpar for this stay's pricepoint. Otherwise, everything was excellent."

"Great hotel for the price. Rooms were clean. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Beautiful views of the town and mountains. Daily housekeeping was refreshing, since so many hotels forgo this now. The shower amenities is just a hair and body gel combo, so best to bring your own stuff. The breakfast buffet was ok, I only had it once, and I’d recommend they focus on local cuisine then attempting to cater to non-local diets. However, bar and bar cuisine was really good.
