"Beautiful property with just a short walk to the parks and Downtown Disney. Only issue we had was the lack of air conditioning in both of our rooms. The rooms do have AC, but they’re not cooled very well. And it’s was the same issue last year when visiting with my brother in the World of Marvel New York hotel. "Huge apartment style rooms that were super comfy and clean. The washer and dryer were so valued after travelling with kids. The pool is fantastic and the shuttle service to Disney was so easy and such a short drive. We’ve stayed at a lot of Disney hotels and this one was way better than staying at the park."

"I’m a Disney fan. I’m platinum on Disney cruises and passholder for wide Orlando. I was so excited to take the kids to Disney Paris. Wow. This was an eye opener. "Lovely breakfast, spacious rooms and the check in staff are extremely helpful and were fantastic with the requirements we have for our child who has special needs. They kept his food in a fridge for us, so we had ease knowing his needs were supported. "

"Hotel was convenient and rooms were spacious for Europe. Staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was plentiful and well stocked. There were a few issues. The elevators were out of order 1 day. And the TV never worked although we called twice. The lobby and public areas need a deep clean. Overall was a good value for the price with free shuttles to the park."

"Staff wasn't friendly, cabin was dirty had mold and was uncomfortable. Especially dislike having to put the key in to run the AC and certain lights as well as to lock the door from the inside. There was no paper towels, kitchen towels or dishwashing liquid."

"Check-in was quick. Only had to pay tourist tax and security deposit before getting key to apartment. The apartment was very clean and the air conditioning units for all rooms worked great. Only wish there was a bit more amenities like a hair dryer. The location is good, dining and grocery options just below. The mall is about a 10 minute walk away."
