"The hotel itself is fine and the staff are excellent. But to describe the hotel as "ski-in/ski-out" is wholly misleading. The exit/entrance involved a dangerous traverse across about 100m of sheet ice. The hotel itself recommended against using the route, instead suggesting using the free shuttle. That runs about every 90 minutes, so is basically useless. So don't stay here if you don't want to have to drive to the resort each day. Also, don't make the mistake of buying the full Paradiski...

"After reading the reviews online I was pretty worried that we were going to arrive to a messy, downrun and unsuitable accommodation however we were pleasantly surprised. "Nice place. Not sure why cleaners can’t empty dishwasher, cleaners don’t come till checkout. Have to put everything away clean, clean kitchen, take rubbish out.. no biggy but good to know.. Pool and ‘hot’ jacuzzi could have been warmer.. nice bar, no restaurant- but a few down the road. I’d say it’s ski in and just about ski out.. would stay again- it’s pretty new and modern.."
