"The cabin was clean and had toilet rolls and shower gel etc it was the check in that was a nightmare we arrived on the dot at 3pm we were going to a surprise party at 4pm
We didn’t get hold of the host until 5pm so we missed the start of the party we’ve had no apology for late check in at all"

"Great location. Easy access to London on the Jubilee line. 5 minutes walk to station. Room was very clean. No air conditioning but this wasn’t a problem for us however the room was quite noisy first thing in the morning with the window open because of the planes and building work going on outside. Kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed. Would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed in the one bedroom apartment. It was contemporary, clean, and comfortable. Our interaction with staff was pleasant. The hotel was within walking distance of major tube stations like the Bank, Monument, and Liverpool Street Stations, restaurants, and places of interest.
A few things to note:
