"I’ve been to a lot of places on different types of breaks away. But I must say this was an amazing experience 3 night in the Forest Den at Galgorm if you went looking for a false negative it would be hard found. From the staff to the food the house keeping staff and every member of the team. The peaceful atmosphere the river Maine running Down in front of the Dens. Outside sauna and shower and bath fire pit and the lights around the den which was in closed. I couldn’t recommend it enough I...

"My daughter and I loved this hotel. The room was beautiful. We had an issue with the sink not draining but once mentioned to staff it was fixed quickly. The breakfast was very nice and worth the price. Perfectly situated for walking around the city. Strongly recommend staying here."

"Lovely hotel in a regenerated area of the city. Good facilities. Only things that need improvement are staff customer service- waiters and waitresses are either young and clearly doing summer jobs or older staff where English is not their first language and I found either things asked for did not show up or staff didn’t understand. Also an electric charger for EV/ hybrid vehicles would be welcome."

"Clean room, big smart TV, nice bathroom. Breakfast was nice. Overall it’s a nice hotel apart from the bar restaurant area had very loud music with a singer all evening. It was so loud that the staff couldn’t hear us properly to take our order and ended up ordering the wrong food. We couldn’t hear each other speak and in the end had to go and sit out side."

"The rooms where very nice, I would be careful if you don't do stairs. There are plenty, even in the bathroom. We did enjoy the complimentary breakfast and dinner. The town did not have a lot of dinner options. Very close to Nothern Ireland attractions."

"The hotel is centrally located in the city of Derry with large clean modern rooms. The bar is essentially the pub next door, which is quite busy. There aren't any real hotel amenities eg lobby or gym, so i did find it tricky without room servi e late at night. Nonetheless in normal hours it is great and comfortable place to stay."
