"Great stay."

"The hotel is under refurbishment (however it has halted and 3 years in no work was being undertaken during our stay). The room was a family room (as I was travelling with my daughter and grand daughter) and can only be described as grubby...the walls and the furniture both dirty. The bathroom skirting dirty with dust. In the recent heat we were provided with a totally inadequate fan, replaced after a conversation with the manager. In fairness he understood our disappointment with the "surprise"...

"The staff was very polite and helpful. Every single person was very helpful. Easy checkin and breakfast was also delicious. The room was very spacious. Loved this stay. Thank you!"

"Stayed a week until today Haven't been in a position to book a full week or another week in advance. Front desk informed me this morning that tonight I would have to pay approx 50% more and move to another room, since they have a bus load of people booking in. I said I would stay on another week if they can keep my price the same as before.....but desk staff were unable to do that. My reason for staying at the Waterfoot was solely to be close to the Gransha Hospital where my sister has...

"The rooms where very nice, I would be careful if you don't do stairs. There are plenty, even in the bathroom. We did enjoy the complimentary breakfast and dinner. The town did not have a lot of dinner options. Very close to Nothern Ireland attractions."

"The shower head is fixed to wall above shower screen doors,so when you take a shower the head of shower was spraying everywhere which I didn’t realise it was wetting my clothes that I was putting on and wash bag.this was room 105 I told them this but poor apology. I bet this will not be fixed "
