"We really enjoyed this property. Old building but inside completely renovated and super clean and chick. We had a large room, we enjoyed the space. Nice shower and the rest of the bathroom. The window opened to a beautiful street. The price was great for the quality of the property. We did not use but they had dedicated storage spaces for every room, a very nice idea. You can replenish your towels, sheets, coffee, tea if you need. Super nice. "

"Perfect location!!! We were in Valencia for 2 nights doing straight tourist things and Downtown 13 was perfect, huge room, comfortable bed and absolute ideal location to walk to all the things, it worked beauty for us. Greatly appreciate the office holding bags and the ease of check in, check out. There was noise from the street, especially Saturday night, but that is what we were there for so didn’t bother us! Highly recommend!"
