"Easy access to our travel location. Room was clean and inviting. Staff (only 1 staff member) available to check in multiple school buses full of students. Waited at least 30 minutes for check in. The staff member was pleasant and extremely professional under this stress of the high volume of check ins."

"The room had an awful odor, there were stains on the carpet, the "office" chair was ripped. Why there was an office chair in the Hotel room, I don't know! It was very hot, the thermostat pretty much stayed at one temperature no matter what you set it too. Some staff were nice, some didn't even acknowledge us. Breakfast was minimal. Croissants were dry. Not much selection. This location gives Comfort Inn a bad name. We've stayed at the Virden location and have been very happy with it. We...

"Room carpet was dirty. Stairs were filthy, dirt and mud all over the stairs. Entrances were mud caked and dirty We were there for 2 days, was never cleaned. Door lock broken at rear of the building where our car was parked. Garbage can at front entrance was full and filthy. When I checked in at 9:00 PM I waited ten minutes at the front desk as there was no one there. The clerk finally came from outside, where I believe he was having a cigarette. Management needs to step up their cleaning"

"Please add a note for this hotel, so travellers know that there is too much noise coming from the bar on the first floor. Music is loud and the building is not soundproof. I asked reception to change my room but they refused. I am here for medical appointment and can’t sleep because of loud music."
