"I loved that it was close to the bus station, and to a deli for food. The room was good and the whole hotel was nice."

"The room was a good size for a studio. The hotel team, should better inspect rooms to ensure things are in working order. I had issues with the TV remote wasn't working, nor one of the night desk lights. Curtains weren't hung properly, and the hot water in the shower seemed to set at a lower temperature. "The room had no a/c, being an American, I figured I didn’t know how to work the a/c system. I googled how to use it. Watched videos. It still wasn’t working. The first night was super uncomfortable. The second night I asked, they told me my room had no a/c and gave me a portable fan. That I had to carry up to the second floor. Pool was closed. Elevators were also closing due to maintenance. Staff were as extremely nice. I didn’t know we had to pay for breakfast, not worth $12 each person....

"Hotel is well maintained, great if you are with kids as it has a playground where kids can play while you enjoy a drink in the outside bar. There is also an outdoor swimming pool which conveniently was open while we were there given the unprecedented heatwave. Staff is very nice and helpful The hotel is a bit out of the way so make sure you book breakfast with them as you don't have any other options nearby. "Arrived at 2pm for check-in and was told our rooms weren't ready. Reception tried calling housekeeping and claimed they were unavailable, despite the entire team being visibly gathered in the bar area a short distance away celebrating a birthday. Not a great look when guests are waiting during the check-in period. 10 minutes later both rooms were suddenly ready. Unfortunately, the problems continued. We booked two rooms and neither had working air conditioning despite outside temperatures...

"Ausstattung und Hotel wie man es für den Preis erwartet. Aber: Zimmer sind schlecht belüftet trotz Fenster und Klima Anlage ist die Luft schlecht und klamm. Die Zimmer sind entsprechend klein, einen Koffer auf dem Boden zu öffnen geht nur wenn man ihn halb unters Bett schiebt. Wirklich unpraktisch waren die Lichtschalter mit Touch Funktion direkt am Kopfende der Betten. Nachts kommt man gegen und schon ist das Licht an. Allgemein gab es viele Lichter die auch im dunkeln im Zimmer geleuchtet...

"Not sure how some of these get 8 or 9 rating. No air conditioning, stain on ceiling, , down a dark road, very small and 30 min drive to Disney when you’re only 2 miles away. Quiet sleep made up for some of it."
