"No air conditioning is as advertised. Stained carpet and walls. Unable to open a large window for air. Blow dryer old and held together with a band-aid. Staff was remote by video only. Mop pocket on stairwell next to elevator. The good: parking is free on weekends across the street, otherwise public parking. The elevator works great."

"Amazing view, comfortable apartment, super friendly and helpful hosts, couldn’t be closer to the gondola station - we’d love to come back! The kitchen could’ve been a little bit cleaner though ;-) but that was relatively minor! "
