"Extremely poor communication from management, upon arrival we realised the place was under renovation. No communication was made to us otherwise I wouldn’t have selected the property to stay. You book a holiday place in Bonito to relax, as a get away so you can switch off from work, traffic and noise. As we get there, the business is expanding so they had all type of machinery, from drills to hammer drills, grinders, etc. Broken tiles at the main entrance area which gives excess to the rooms...

" A very nice hotel. Perfect for a short stay. Very good for families. Room was small but was comfortable. Hotel staff was not friendly and front desk staff somewhat rude. Did not feel welcomed at all. The woman at the front desk did not give us proper attention. Very small elevators making hard for luggage. Excellent breakfast. Nice pool. Overall good stay."
