"Excellent séjour au Pulka. Le personnel était adorable, la chambre confortable avec une belle vue sur la montagne, un chauffage facile à régler. On a pu profiter de la piscine, du sauna et du hamam après la journée de ski. C'était vraiment appréciable! Je ne peux pas commenter les repas. On ne les a pas pris sur place mais le petit déjeuner était correct et très varié, même si les oeufs brouillés et les patisseries industrielles n'étaient pas exceptionnels. Mais c'était agréable avant daller...

"La chambre n'étant pas chauffée, ou très peu, je prenais un bain chaud pour me réchauffer avant de me mettre au lit Par suite les couvertures étaient chaudes, mais la température faible "

"Réception peu agréable. Manque des éléments dans le sac d'accueil. Pas de lit double. "Disparition" du pain commandé et payé la veille. Course d'enfants dans les couloirs jusqu'à 23H et dès 7H du matin !"

"Great location at the top of the resort. Apartment was overall nice, beds very uncomfortable, we had to use all the blankets to lay on!! Staff helpful. Didn’t use pool as no time! Beware of all the hidden extras when booking- extra for towels, Wifi, end of stay cleaning, tv (don’t buy as all french shopping channels!) Comfort pack including all this was €129 for the week. "

"Stayed for a weeks skiing - ideal location, although the ride up to the slopes will be vastly improved when the new cable car opens at the end 2020. Quiet location, basic accommodation and facilities. Only one shop - bread needs to be pre-ordered the day before!"

"We had a fantastic suite overlooking the slopes. The room was of a good size and styled well. Breakfast was good and the bar area and selection of drinks was very good. It is a spa hotel and this lets it down slightly. The spa is very basic and a bit dingy. The pool was also cold. Could do with a refurb in my opinion and this really would be a fabulous hotel. The ski hire was also 3 times the cost of other shops located 2 minutes away. I queried this and was told “it’s a five star hotel” by...
