"Hotel room was not the cleanest, a lot of dust and mold in shower. Floors felt not cleaned and sticky like they needed to rip out the carpet. Bed was comfortable however had an issue with the AC fan constantly blowing very loudly all day (couldn’t sleep due to noise) called front desk and they said they were to send someone up but nobody ever showed up. Parking was 19$ A DAY. 2 stars - could get A LOT better for the price of hotel."

"I had to be moved to another room after checking in tired, there was blood on the chair in the room and on the wall under the desk. The floors were dirty and the shower. The next room wasn’t clean either, floor not swept, shower dirty with other people’s hair still all in the shower so it wasn’t cleaned at all and it smelled like smoke in the bathroom. Beds are horrible"

"For the price we paid, a microwave should have been available in room. Very clean"

"I didn’t like that the food in Executive Lounge was not hot and no microwave for heating. Jordan and Jose’ (staff)were great in the lounge, helpful and friendly. I think that’s the two of them names we had on Monday morning."

"I was told that the hotel offered shuttle service to and from the hotel on the hour. I called from the airport at 11:40am and was told the wait time was 1.5 hours. I had ordered a room with 2 queen beds. when I arrived the only room available was a handicap room with 1 king bed and a fold out couch. Also, one of the tvs didn't work and there was no hot water. The receptionist tried to fix the tv but was unable to do so. The next day I was moved to another room that matched what I had...
