They seemed genuinely concerned about our well-being during our stay. The room was clean and with old-style amenities that seem to have disappeared from French hotels, like the washcloths for the showers and even just tissue paper. "

"Trying to be something it clearly is not. Be a Disney hotel, or be a spa hotel, but difficult to pull off both, and clearly they haven’t. Rooms are brutalist (if you like that modern twist) the pool is full of kids, always, even late at night. Food has very limited options, we had to go out, and all we asked was for a vegetarian choice (it wasn’t available) very disappointing overall"

"I will say right off that the staff are wonderful. My biggest issues with this room was the cost of the stay not reflecting in the upkeep of the room. Disney is making a lot of money without putting it back into the rooms. Pros: -helpful and friendly staff -great location with easy access to the park and restaurants in the Disney Village area -balcony doors that both opened.
